Rooster Rojo tequila is produced at Fabrica de Tequilas Finos distillery, located in Jalisco, Mexico, at the base of Volcán de Tequila. Crafted using 100% blue weber from Los altos de Jalisco. Piñas with an age of not less than 6-7 years, and only fruit with a residual sugar content of between 24% and 27%, are halved to preserve their sweetness and then twice distilled in stainless steel pot stills. The spirit is filtered through Mexican silver, making Fabrica de Tequilas Finos the first distillery to use such a method. Bottled at 43%. (Bottle size 750ml)

Nose: Fresh, lively and citrus aromas.

Palate: Sweetness tinged with a touch of pepper.

Finish: Medium length, smooth, and strong but pleasant.
